- You unpack your box and charge the Healy with the USB-C connector.

The operating time of Healy is approx. 7-8 hours. This depends on both the intensity of a program and on the program itself, as some programs require more power than others.
To connect Healy to your smart-phone, Bluetooth must be active on your smart-phone. Additionally, location sharing must be enabled (this is required for Bluetooth Low Energy). Steps for troubleshooting:
- Check your smart-phone settings for whether all permissions for the Healy App are activated
- Go to an area where no other Bluetooth devices are active
- Turn your cellphone (or tablet) Bluetooth off and then on again.
- Make sure that Healy is switched on, the green LED must be flashing
- If it is still not connecting, then perform a hardware reset (press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds until the green LED lights up permanently) while the Healy is charging
Healy should be operated in a temperature range of 41°F to 104°F (5°C to 40°C).
It does not matter how the bracelet electrodes are plugged into Healy (+ or –polarity). If no or only slight tingling is felt during the application, increase the intensity, moisten the bracelet electrodes and check for correct positioning. They should be worn tight.
Briefly but firmly push the power button. If it is not turning on, try with a bit more force, on the center of the power icon. If the green light flashes rapidly about 3 times, this indicates a discharged battery and the Healy needs to be charged.
The green light goes out when no frequency program is running, but the blue light from the Bluetooth indicator remains on when the Healy app or the Heal Advisor Analyse app are connected and communicating with your Healy. The green light during the Heal Advisor Analyse app only lights up when you're in Vibration mode.
If the Healy cannot hold a charge, it may need a hardware reset. There is a chip that measures how full the battery is, and when you start your Healy for the first time it doesn’t know how full it is so it always starts at 49%. Once it is empty, and you charge it completely, then it knows it is 100%. To reset this meter, do the following:
- Connect the Healy to a charger (the green light should be lit and faintly blinking every second).
- Reset the Healy by pressing the on/off button for about 20 seconds (while the Healy stays connected to the charger). The light brightness should increase somewhere between 15 and 20 seconds. When the light does increase, then let go of the button.
- Leave the Healy connected to the charger until the green light goes off (usually three to four hours).
- When the green light goes off disconnect the Healy from the charger.
- Press the on/off button to turn it on.
After these steps please use the Healy until the battery is completely empty. Then recharge again until the green light goes off. This charging cycle should be repeated 4-5 times so the battery is proper calibrated. When there are problems with the Healy connecting, we suggest you always do the following:
- Close the Healy application twice, i.e. open, close, open, close
- Go to your smartphone settings and enable GPS function
- Press the Healy (on/off) button for 20 seconds to reset (this can also be done as the device is on the charger, in this case please hold the button until the green light brightens)
- Go to your smartphone's Bluetooth device settings, turn off Bluetooth and disconnect all listed Bluetooth devices, including Healy
- Make sure that there are not too many other active Bluetooth devices nearby
- Turn on Bluetooth, turn on Healy, turn on the application and connect Healy (only one Healy app can be used at a time, so make sure all other Healy apps are closed)
- *Important* Make sure your phone is updated to the latest software and reset, and go to your app permissions in your phone settings and make sure the Healy apps allow access to Bluetooth, as this may automatically turn off during an update.
- IMPORTANT for Android only: If you use an Android device to to Settings/Location and turn it ON. On the Location page also go into App Permissions and make sure you see "healy" and "Heal Advisor Analyse" listed. Go into each one and choose "Allow All The Time".
- IMPORTANT for Apple Devices only: If you use an Apple device go to Settings and scroll down to the bottom where each app is listed. Go into "healy" and "Heal Advisor Analyse" and make sure Bluetooth, Camera, and Cellular Data are both on (so that you can do future updates).
Press and hold the power button on your Healy for 15 to 20 seconds until the green light is permanently on. As soon as you take your finger off the power button, the green light goes off. Now your Healy is reset to factory default and a standard program is loaded from its memory.

The Wrist Patches and Electro Gel Patches that Healy provides with a new Healy device will wear out over time, and some people may wish to utilize Ear Clips which Healy does not provide in the U.S. There are companies that manufacture such compatible accessories. Of course, they are not from Healy, but many people are using them and have encountered no issues. Here is a link. - Add New Client... enter the person's name, height, weight, birth place, birth date as normal. Add a picture if you have it.
